Take.

1. Choose any item(s) from our 'Shop'. You can take one apparel and/or one accessory at a time. Select the duration of how long you would like the item. Items can be taken for a minimum of 2 nights. Complete the purchase and you will be sent an email order confirmation.

2. Make a booking and select a date from the calendar when you would like the item(s) from 'Booking'. Once complete, you finalise the order by placing a refundable deposit from 'Deposit'. Orders are shipped to members/ who have placed a deposit.

Wear.

3. You will receive your item(s) on of before the date you have selected from the 'Booking & Deposit' calendar. You will have X nights with the item(s) (i.e. this will be the 'Duration' you selected).

4. Wear your chosen outfit over the duration and after the agreed nights have passed, the item(s) will need to be returned the next day. You will receive communication advising when the item(s) need to be returned to Awardrobe. The deposit placed at the time of the order is to cover any damages to items, so please take care of each item so the full deposit can be returned to you.

Return.

5. On the return day, pack the item(s) in the same packaging the item(s) were delivered in. Use the return labels provided found in the packaging and place on the bag or parcel.

 

6. Return the packaged bag or parcel at your local post office or arrange for a courier collection from your address. Item(s) will be assessed before your deposit can be returned. You can then request your deposit or you can choose to keep the deposit with Awardrobe for your next order.
