At Awardrobe, we want every delivery and return to feel as effortless as getting dressed. Below you’ll find a simple overview of how we ship your rental and subscription pieces, and how to send items back when you’re done. For more details, you can also visit our FAQs or contact our ACE team.

Delivery

Awardrobe offers a selection of sophisticated delivery options, ensuring your designer pieces arrive with ease and grace. For rentals and one-off purchases within the UK, delivery and returns are FREE. You’ll usually receive your pieces within 3–5 business days, and you can choose next working day delivery for an additional fee where available.

For subscription orders, delivery fees are calculated at checkout, including any international shipping where applicable. Your final delivery cost will always be shown clearly before you place your order.

Returns

Rental Returns
On your rental return day, please place your items back in the original packaging. Attach the prepaid return label provided in your parcel, then drop your package at your local Post Office or designated access point—or simply arrange a courier collection for effortless service. As long as your rental pieces are returned on time and in good condition, no additional fees will be charged.

Purchased and Subscription Returns
Subscription items are just as flexible. If you decide not to purchase a subscription piece and return it unworn within your agreed period, there will be nothing to refund. Should you choose to purchase an item and later change your mind, you can return it for a refund within 28 days. Please send the piece back in suitable packaging using the provided label; once inspected for signs of damage, we’ll process your refund in accordance with our policy.
