1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing and using theawardrobe.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our designer rental services, purchase options, and subscription models. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our platform.
2. Modifications to Terms of Use
Awardrobe reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Use at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest update at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
3. theawardrobe.com Rental Service
Our service allows you to rent high-end designer apparel and accessories for a specified period. All garments remain the property of Awardrobe. You are responsible for the care and timely return of all items rented through your account. Late fees apply for any items not returned by the designated date.
4. Billing
All payments are processed securely through our chosen payment gateways. By providing payment information, you authorize Awardrobe to charge the full amount of your rental, purchase, or subscription, including any applicable taxes and delivery fees. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid.
5. Cancellation: Costs and Refunds
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the rental start date qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the rental price. Once an order has been dispatched, no refunds can be issued.
6. theawardrobe.com £9 Monthly Subscription Service
Our subscription service provides ongoing access to selected benefits for a recurring fee of £9 per month. Subscribers enjoy exclusive discounts, priority access to new collections, and reduced delivery rates. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, no partial refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the current billing cycle.
7. Cashback policy
Cashback earned through promotional programs is credited to your member account and can be applied toward future rentals or purchases. Cashback has no monetary value outside of theawardrobe.com and cannot be redeemed for cash. Cashback credits expire if an account remains inactive for 12 months.
8. Submissions
Any content, reviews, or material submitted to the Site becomes the property of Awardrobe. By making a submission, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, and display that content across our marketing channels.
9. Use Restrictions
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our servers, using the Site to transmit malicious software, or engaging in fraudulent behavior related to rental orders.
10. Access Limits
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site for any user who violates these terms. Access may also be temporarily limited during site maintenance or upgrades. We are not liable for any service interruptions.
11. Disclaimers of Warranties; Limitations on Liability
The Site and its services are provided "as is" without any warranties, either expressed or implied. Awardrobe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or any garments rented through the platform.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Awardrobe harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or any damage caused to rented items while in your possession.
13. Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, text, and imagery on the Site are the exclusive intellectual property of Awardrobe or our respective brand partners. You may not use, duplicate, or distribute any part of our intellectual property without express written consent.
14. Termination
Awardrobe reserves the right to terminate your account and prevent future access to the platform for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all outstanding rentals must be returned immediately, and any owed balances will be charged to your payment method on file.
15. Links and Advertising
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or advertisements. Awardrobe does not endorse or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
16. Service Tests
From time to time, we may conduct tests of various features or aspects of our service. Your participation in these tests is subject to these Terms, and your experience may differ slightly from the standard user journey during such periods.
17. Intellectual Property Rights
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us immediately at customerexperience@theawardrobe.com with full details.
18. Taxes
All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT where applicable. You are responsible for any other taxes or duties that may apply based on your location or local regulations.
19. General
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Awardrobe is registered. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
20. Accidental Damage Waiver
We offer an optional Accidental Damage Waiver at the time of booking. This waiver covers minor repairs, such as small snags or stains that can be professionally cleaned. It does not cover major damage, theft, or total loss of the item.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Awardrobe regarding our services.
