How does Awardrobe rental work?

Awardrobe offers women's natural, luxury clothes and designer accessories for rent to members only. To become a member, click 'Join For Free' on the 'Rental' page. Once you are a member, you will have access to our full range of designer apparel and accessories. Members can rent one apparel and/or one accessory at a time. Each item has a rental price, which is determined by the original RRP and how long the item is rented for. Members can rent one apparel and/or one accessory at a time. A compulsory £70 deposit is required for each item before an order can be shipped. You can make a deposit under 'Deposit'.  Deposit(s) will be refunded after the item(s) have been returned unstained and undamaged.

How does Awardrobe subscription work?

Awardrobe offers women's quality branded clothes and accessories to paid subscribed customers. Select your subscription on the 'Subscription' page. You can purchase and save up to 50% on any item. As a paid subscriber, you will also get the benefit to order FREE items. Every month there are different items available to order for FREE. Any item(s) that you buy and you no longer want to keep, you can return the item(s) back to Awardrobe for FREE. You will receive a discount that can be used on your next order if the clothes/accessories are returned unstained and undamaged. There is no time limit when to send any item(s) back to us.

How long do I have the rented item(s) and how do I return the item(s)?

Any item can be rented from 2 nights from the day you receive the item. Most products listed will give you the option to choose the 'Duration' with each item otherwise it will be our standard 2 nights. You will be sent return labels with the item you have ordered. The item(s) will need to be returned the day after the final night (e.g. if you have rented the item(s) for 4 nights and receive the item(s) on Thursday, you will need to return the item(s) the following Monday). Place the return labels on the packaging the item was delivered in and return the item at your local post office or arrange a courier.

I'm a paid subscriber, how do I send my worn item(s) back to get a discount off my next purchase?

You can send any worn item of clothing back to Awardrobe, whether purchased on the site or not to get a discount off your next purchase. Please contact our ACE team on customerexperience@theawardrobe.com who will guide you through the returns process. You must have appropriate packaging to send the items back to us in, so that a paid delivery label can be sent to you. Please take your packaged return to your local post office and as soon as your return reaches our warehouse, the item(s) will be quality checked. You will receive a discount towards your next purchase for your unstained and undamaged item(s). 

What happens if I return the rented item(s) later than the return date?

If you are going to miss returning the item(s) on the expected return date, please contact our ACE team on customerexperience@theawardrobe.com as soon as possible (no later than the return date) to avoid unnecessary late fees. Should an item not be returned within the pre-determined date, we reserve the right to charge your card accordingly.

How do I pause/cancel my subscription membership?

You have the option of either pausing or cancelling your subscription at any time. If you choose to pause your subscription, please contact our ACE team on customerexperience@theawardrobe.com and we will pause your subscription, which ensures your subscription status without you being charged a monthly fee.

 

You can cancel your subscription by clicking 'Cancel' on your chosen subscription on the 'Subscription' page.

What brands / designers are on Awardrobe and are the products real?

Our range of women's designer brands to rent and purchase include; Coach, Gucci, Marciano, Michael Kors and more.

The products are sourced directly from the designer and every product is real.

We are continuously adding to the Awardrobe Apparel X Accessories range to give wider choice to luxurious quality and designer items.

How do I cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel your order please contact our ACE team on customerexperience@theawardrobe.com as soon as possible and we will happily take care of this for you.

How do you manage refunds?

If the item(s) are not suitable and you require a full refund, please post the package back to us from your local Post Office or arrange a courier within 24 hours of receiving the item(s). If for some reason you cannot do this, please contact our Awardrobe Customer Experience (ACE) team on customerexperience@awardrobe.com

After we have received and assessed your item(s), we will deal with your refund request and notify you via e-mail.

What are the delivery and payment options? 

Delivery and returns are FREE to ALL locations within the United Kingdom (UK). Orders are typically delivered in 3-5 business days and require a signature on delivery. We currently do not ship outside of the UK. Next working day delivery can be requested for a fee.

 

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. We also accept payment through PayPal.
